Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the purchase of a document through Catius Documents.
This is a translation for your convenience. The German version of these terms is the authoritative one.
Contracting party
Your contracting party is Evgenii Shiriaev, sole trader (Spanish: autónomo) under Spanish law, Calle de Mendez Alvaro 2, 28045 Madrid, Spanien (see Legal notice). The provider is established in Spain.
What is supplied
The subject matter of the contract is the supply, against payment, of digital content generated individually to the entries made by the user.
On the basis of the documents you upload and the entries you confirm, Catius Documents produces, at your choice:
- a ready-to-sign letter - a Widerspruch against a Mahnbescheid, or an Einspruch against a Vollstreckungsbescheid - as a PDF file and as a Word file (DOCX); or
- the filled-in objection form (Widerspruchsvordruck) as a PDF file. This printout does not carry the machine-readable marks of the official form; under § 694 Abs. 1 ZPO a Widerspruch may be filed in writing without the official form.
Filing instructions come with it. Whether you file an objection, and with what content, is entirely your own decision; the document is generated solely from your own entries.
What the contract does not cover
- No legal advice and no legal assessment of your individual case.
- No representation, legal or otherwise, before a court, the other side or any third party.
- No filing or transmission to the court by Catius Documents. You send the document yourself.
Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded at the moment your payment is successfully completed.
Price
9 EUR gross, including statutory VAT, one-off.
No subscription, no recurring cost.
Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate once the contract is concluded: as a download on your order page and additionally by e-mail.
Your own obligations
- Check the entries we have taken over - for example the case number, the amount claimed and the date of service - for accuracy and completeness before you use the document.
- Sign the letter or the form by hand.
- Send the document yourself, in the required form and in time, to the court named in the order.
- Observe the period applicable to your case on your own responsibility; Catius Documents does not monitor your deadline.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, under the Product Liability Act, and for damage arising from injury to life, body or health. Where we slightly negligently breach a material contractual obligation - an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely - our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Otherwise liability for slightly negligent damage is excluded. These limitations do not apply to claims arising from the fraudulent concealment of a defect or from a guarantee given by us.
Your duty to check
The document is produced automatically from your entries. Check it carefully for accuracy and completeness before you use it. We cannot detect errors in your own entries.

Applicable law
Spanish law applies, since the provider is established in Spain. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another state, in particular in Germany, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of that state remain unaffected by this choice of law.
