How it differs from a Mahnbescheid
Unlike a Mahnbescheid, a Vollstreckungsbescheid is a title that already allows enforcement, for example freezing a bank account.
The same rule applies: your Einspruch, the objection to a Vollstreckungsbescheid, must be filed within two weeks of service of the Vollstreckungsbescheid, not from the date printed on it.
