Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online. The withdrawal function is on your order's status page - the link is in every e-mail we have sent you about this order - or directly at https://app.catius.app/widerruf/<your order number>. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay on a durable medium (for example by e-mail), with the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it reached us.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The subject matter of the contract is the supply, against payment, of digital content generated individually to your entries, as a PDF and, where applicable, a DOCX file.

In a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early where we have begun performing the contract after you expressly agreed that we should begin before the withdrawal period expires, you confirmed your knowledge that by giving that agreement you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we have provided you with a contract confirmation under § 312f BGB (§ 356 Abs. 6 Nr. 2 BGB).

You give exactly that agreement and acknowledgement during the order, by ticking the following declaration:

I expressly agree that Catius Documents begins performing the contract before the withdrawal period ends. I am aware that, by giving this agreement, I lose my right of withdrawal once performance begins.

Without that declaration we do not begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and your right of withdrawal remains for the full fourteen days.
