Withdrawal from the contract
As a consumer you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract with Catius Documents without giving any reason.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform

of your withdrawal by means of a unilateral statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an e-mail). You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to.
You can also withdraw online. The function is on your order's status page, the link is in every e-mail you received about the order, or directly at https://app.catius.app/widerruf/<order number>. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail without delay, with the content of the statement and the date and time it reached us.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send the withdrawal before the relevant period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly specified otherwise. In no case will you incur any additional costs as a result.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
The subject of the contract is the supply of digital content generated individually from your details, as a PDF and DOCX file, not supplied on a tangible medium.
You cannot withdraw from such a contract if we began performance with your prior express consent before the withdrawal period expired, after you acknowledged that by giving that consent the right of withdrawal expires, and we provided you with confirmation of the concluded contract (§ 1837 písm. l) of the Civil Code).
You give exactly this consent and this acknowledgement when ordering, by ticking this statement:
"I expressly agree that Catius Documents begins supplying the digital content, which is not supplied on a tangible medium, before the withdrawal period ends. I confirm that I know that, by this consent, I lose my right of withdrawal once the supply begins (Sec. 1837 (l) of the Civil Code)."
Without this statement we do not begin performance before the period expires, and your right of withdrawal lasts the full fourteen days.
