Mandatory statutory liability provisions, in particular under the Produkthaftungsgesetz (Product Liability Act) and the Konsumentenschutzgesetz (Consumer Protection Act), remain unaffected.

Duty to check

The document is generated automatically from your details. Check the document carefully for accuracy and completeness before you use it. We cannot detect errors in your own details.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies, since the provider is established in Spain. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another state, in particular in Austria, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of that state remain unaffected by this choice of law.
