Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail) to the following address:

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online. The function is on your order's status page, the link is in every e-mail you received about the order, or directly at https://app.catius.app/widerruf/<order number>. If you use this online function, we will confirm receipt of the statement by e-mail without delay, with its content and the date and time of receipt.

You meet the withdrawal deadline if you send your withdrawal statement before the period stated above expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive your withdrawal statement. For the reimbursement we use the same means of payment as in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different means of payment; you will not incur any additional cost as a result of this reimbursement.

Loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The subject matter of the contract is digital content generated individually from your details and not supplied on a tangible medium, in the form of PDF and DOCX files.

In such a contract you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if we began performance with your prior express consent before the withdrawal period expired, you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we sent you the confirmation of the conclusion of the contract (45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet 29. § (1) m) pont).

You give exactly that consent and acknowledgement during the order by ticking the following statement:

"I expressly agree that Catius Documents begins supplying the digital content, which is not supplied on a tangible medium, before the withdrawal period ends. I confirm that I know that, by this consent, I lose my right of withdrawal once the supply begins (Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), Sec. 29 (1) m))."

Without this statement we do not begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and your right of withdrawal remains for the full fourteen days.
