# Terms and conditions

These terms apply to buying a document through Catius Documents.

## Contracting party

The contracting party is Evgenii Shiriaev, self-employed natural person (in Spanish: autónomo) under Spanish law, Calle de Mendez Alvaro 2, 28045 Madrid, Spain (see [Operator](/cz/en/provozovatel/)). The provider is established in Spain.

## Description of the service

The subject of the contract is the supply, against payment, of digital content generated individually from the user's details and not supplied on a tangible medium.

Based on the documents you upload and the details you confirm, Catius Documents creates an odpor (objection) against the platební rozkaz (payment order), ready to sign, as a PDF file and a Word file (DOCX), together with filing instructions. Whether and with what content you file the odpor is solely your decision; the document is generated solely from your own details.

## What is not part of the contract

- Legal advice or assessment of your case in law.
- Representation before the court, the opposing party or third parties.
- Filing or sending to the court by Catius Documents. You alone carry out the filing.
- A document for a bill of exchange or cheque platební rozkaz, a European order for payment or an eviction order.

## Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when your payment is successfully completed.

## Price

**199 Kč** including statutory VAT, one-off.

No subscription, no recurring payments.

## Delivery

Delivery is digital and takes place immediately after conclusion of the contract: for download on the order page and additionally by e-mail.

## Your obligations

- Before using the document, check that the details taken over, for example the číslo jednací (case number), the amount and the day of service, are correct and complete.
- Sign the odpor by hand.
- File the document yourself, in time and properly, with the court that issued the platební rozkaz.
- You watch the deadline in your case yourself; Catius Documents does not monitor your deadline.

## Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and for injury to health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, and only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract; otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded. Mandatory consumer protection provisions are not affected by this.

## Duty to check

The document is generated automatically from your details. Check it carefully before use. We cannot detect errors in your own details.

## Withdrawal from the contract

Details of the right to withdraw from the contract are on the page [Withdrawal from the contract](/cz/en/odstoupeni-od-smlouvy/).

## Governing law

Spanish law applies, because the provider is established in Spain. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another state, in particular in Czechia, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of that state are not affected by this choice.
