# Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have a right of withdrawal (Rücktrittsrecht) for a contract with Catius Documents under the Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG, Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act).

## Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online. The function is on the status page of your order - the link is in every e-mail you have received from us about this order - or directly at **https://app.catius.app/widerruf/<your order number>**. If you use this online function, we will send you without delay by e-mail an acknowledgement of receipt with the content of the declaration and the date and time it reached us.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

## Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

## Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The subject matter of the contract is the supply, against payment, of digital content generated individually to your details, in the form of a PDF and a DOCX file, not supplied on a tangible medium.

In such a contract there is no right of withdrawal where we have begun performing the contract after you expressly agreed that we begin performing before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledged that by giving that agreement you lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract under § 7 Abs 3 FAGG (§ 18 Abs 1 Z 11 FAGG).

You give exactly that agreement and acknowledgement during the order, by ticking the following declaration:

> "I expressly agree that Catius Documents begins supplying the digital content, which is not supplied on a tangible medium, before the withdrawal period ends. I confirm that I know that, by this consent, I lose my right of withdrawal once the supply begins (Sec. 18 (1) no. 11 FAGG)."

Without that declaration we do not begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and your right of withdrawal remains for the full fourteen days.
